HOW GOOD DO I NEED TO BE?

We are a mixed ability group of youngsters through to Elite athletes. All we ask is that you bring a positive mindset and apply yourself to the training.

WHAT EVENTS DO YOU COVER?

We are a sprint based group from 60m through to 800m including hurdles over those distances.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU DO?

Jane is an experienced coach. We do track work, grass work, hills, technical drills and physical preparation - circuits, weights, jumps.

You will become a great all round athlete with a resilient body for competition.

DO I HAVE TO COMPETE?

We recommend that you take this training with a view to competition. Its about putting yourself on the line and seeing how good you can be.
